March 14, 2023. The program "Celebrating 30 years, Youth volunteering to build Bach Long Vi island" in Hai Phong

Attending the event were leaders of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, leaders of ministries, branches and leaders of Hai Phong Province, Vietnam.

Bach Long Vi Island is an island district of Hai Phong province, the farthest part of the Gulf of Tonkin, where there are many rich and diverse marine biological resources. In 1993, the first 62 young volunteers were sent to build the island to today become the front island of the country with a strong economic income. Up to now, the island has had transportation, electricity, water and many other utilities. Long Vi White Island also welcomes visitors with the spirit of nature conservation.

At the ceremony, the Youth Union Central Committee presented many support resources from sponsors to the people. The Vietnam Coconut Association sent Mr. Nguyen Hoang Thuan - Deputy Economic Department of Vietnam Coconut Association attended the program with the Central Youth Union, and at the same time donated 1,000 coconut seedlings to young people on Long Vi white island to plant and take care of with confidence and shade of mainland coconuts. always green with the islanders to spend the country.
